Hand-harvested and cold-pressed within hours, it carries bold notes of artichoke, wild herbs, and pepper - a taste of Italy's land and tradition in every drop.

The Fiamma blend holds special meaning to Chef Britt Rescigno as she and her wife, Kinsey Leodler-Rescigno, stayed on the Bona Furtuna farm on their honeymoon. They participated in the harvest of the olives that make up this beautiful blend.
